为适应加入世贸组织的需要,2005年商务部制定、修改或推动制定、修改了一系列对外商务的法律及其配套法规、规章。近年来,中国双边投资协定实践中出现了一些值得深入研究的新问题。2005年中国对外贸易摩擦表现出一些新特点,并出现了一些新问题。中国积极参与有关WTO新规则的谈判,积极地利用WTO争端解决机制。中国在参与区域贸易安排实践方面还面临许多挑战。
In order to meet the need of joining the WTO, in 2005 the Ministry of Commerce formulated, amended or promoted the formulation and amendment of a series of laws on foreign businesses and its supporting laws and regulations. In recent years, some new issues worthy of further study have emerged in the practice of China’s Bilateral Investment Agreements. In 2005, China’s foreign trade friction showed some new characteristics and some new problems emerged. China has actively participated in the negotiations on the new WTO rules and made active use of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism. China also faces many challenges in participating in the practice of regional trade arrangements.
