本文提出维生素 B_2和 B_6的可变角同步荧光同时分析法。激发和发射单色仪扫描述度分别为120nm/min 和110.57nm/min。经一次扫描得到的维生素 B_2和 B_6的可变角同步谱峰位置与它们对应的常规光谱中激发一发射峰位置一致。方法快速灵敏。维生素 B_2测定范围为0.05～1.6μg/ml,维生素 B_6为0.1～2μg/ml。
In this paper, simultaneous analysis of vitamin B_2 and B_6 by variable angle synchronous fluorescence was proposed. Excitation and emission monochromator scan degrees were 120nm / min and 110.57nm / min. The peak positions of the variable angle synchronization peaks of vitamin B_2 and B_6 obtained by one scan are consistent with the positions of the excitation and emission peaks in their corresponding conventional spectra. The method is fast and sensitive. Vitamin B_2 determination range of 0.05 ~ 1.6μg / ml, vitamin B_6 0.1 ~ 2μg / ml.
