一年前的朝文报党支部在辽宁日报社还是一个出了名的老大难单位,班子软弱无力,组织生活瘫痪,纪律松懈,作风涣散,党员干部的带头作用不强。1993年辽宁日报社党委曾两次考虑停办朝文报。 然而经过短短不到一年的时间,朝文报党支部就改变了旧貌,出现了“关系顺、人心和、作风硬、纪律严”的新气象。支部书记桂光贤在年度总结会上说:“我们过去一盘沙,如今蓬勃向上,实现这一转变的根由就是增强了党支部的凝聚力。”
A year ago, the DPA’s office was still a notorious unit in the Liaoning Daily. The team was weak, paralyzed in organizational life, relaxed in discipline and fragmented in style. Party members and cadres did not play a leading role. In 1993, the Liaoning Daily News Agency’s party committee twice considered suspending the Asakusa newspaper. However, after a short period of less than a year, the party branch of the DPA has changed its old appearance and a new atmosphere of “good relations, popular feelings, hard work and strict discipline” has emerged. Gui Guangxian, secretary of the branch, said at the conclusion of the annual meeting: “We are in the past in a pool of sand and are now booming. The root cause of this change is the enhancement of the cohesion of the party branch.”
