应用小流域综合治理效益评价模型,对密云县2006—2010年21条小流域的综合治理效益进行了初步评价。结果表明,综合治理效益“一般”级别以上的小流域占21条小流域的91%,“很好”级别的占24%,治理效益显著。同时表明,根据小流域的自身特色和资源禀赋,坚持生态清洁小流域建设思路,采用不同的治理模式进行治理,能够提高治理效益,促进当地产业发展。
The benefit evaluation model of comprehensive management of small watershed was applied to evaluate the comprehensive management benefits of 21 small watersheds in Miyun County from 2006 to 2010. The results show that the comprehensive management benefit of small watersheds above the “general” level accounts for 91% of 21 small watersheds and that of “good” levels accounts for 24%. At the same time, it shows that insisting on the idea of ecological cleanup of small watersheds and using different governance modes for governance based on their own characteristics and resource endowments can improve governance benefits and promote the development of local industries.
