五官科医生常在间接喉镜下行声带息肉钳除术,但由于息肉远端呈游离状,易随呼吸气流移动,手术时,钳口不能准确地将息肉一次钳住,增加了手术难度。为此,我们对声带息肉钳进行了改制,经临床应用效果满意。一、负压吸引式声带息肉钳的改制方法取普通声带息肉钳,在钳口固定叶的凹槽中央钻一直径约2mm的圆孔,取一根外径为2mm,内径不小于1mm,长300mm的金属管。一端焊接在小孔内,注意不要阻塞管口,然后将其紧靠钳体延伸到钳柄外,并焊接固定在钳柄上。负压吸引式声带息肉钳即改制完毕(附图)。二、使用方法病人体位及麻醉方法与普通声带息肉钳除术相同。吸引式声带息肉钳常规消毒,
