本文概括了近十多年来船用十字头式柴油机燃油消耗率大幅度下降所采取的主要技术途径。扼要综合了MAN—B&W、苏尔寿、三菱重工等3大公司研制的3种新系列低速柴油机的设计要求和性能参数,对目前应用最广泛的RTA和L—MC/MCE两个系列柴油机的某些结构特点进行了分析和评价,并对这两个系列柴油机的最新拓展作了简要介绍。从热力学上看,船用低速机的发展日臻完善,改进余地已不大了。不能指望近期内它的燃油消耗率再象前几年那样大幅度下降。今后应以经济性、可靠性为基础,努力提高营运综合性能和适应性,注意正在兴起的“机电一体化”动向。
This article summarizes the main technical approaches adopted in the past ten years for the substantial reduction in the fuel consumption rate of marine crosshead diesel engines. Briefly summarize the design requirements and performance parameters of three new series of low-speed diesel engines developed by three major companies, MAN-B & W, Sulzer and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The design and performance parameters of the two series of diesel engines, RTA and L-MC / MCE, Some structural features were analyzed and evaluated, and a brief introduction of the latest developments of these two series of diesel engines was given. From a thermodynamic point of view, the development of marine low-speed machines is improving day by day and there is little room for improvement. Its fuel consumption rate can not be expected to fall sharply in the near future as it did in previous years. In the future, we should strive to improve the overall performance and adaptability of operation based on economy and reliability, and pay attention to the trend of “mechatronics” that is emerging.
