随着人们生活质量的提升,使其对生活环境的设计有了更高的要求,在设计上不但要具有相应的功能,同时也应体现出所具有的人性化态度,不断的提高设计的有效性。售楼营销空间设计与整个房地产项目有着密切的联系,为提高客户的价值感与归属感,加强其与房地产项目的联系,必须要对其人性化设计进行研究。本文着重对售楼营销空间人性化设计进行了分析。
With the improvement of people’s quality of life, it has higher requirements on the design of living environment. It not only has the corresponding function in design, but also should reflect the humanized attitude and improve the effectiveness of design . Sales marketing space design and the entire real estate projects are closely linked, in order to enhance the sense of customer value and belonging, to strengthen its links with real estate projects, we must study its human design. This article focuses on the sale of human space marketing design were analyzed.
