脉冲激光烧蚀 (PL A)技术是目前材料界和分析界最重要、最有发展前景的技术之一。本文对国内外脉冲激光烧蚀的气体动力学理论研究成果进行了系统论述。
Pulsed laser ablation (PL A) is one of the most important and promising technologies in the material and analytical world at present. This paper systematically discusses the research results of gas dynamics theory of pulsed laser ablation at home and abroad.
