我们1969～1987年收治急性异烟肼中毒8例,其中4例重症者均有脑水肿征象,经采用脱水疗法全部治愈。现报告如下。临床资料:4例中女3例,男1例。年龄25～42岁,服异烟肼6～10g,服药至开始治疗时间为1～4小时。起病急,初为头晕、头痛、眼花,继之频繁阵发性抽搐,4例均有脑水肿征象,病人深昏迷、抽搐、躁动、呼吸增速或不规则末梢紫绀。瞳孔散大或不等,光反射迟钝,颈强。2例膝反射减弱,病
In our hospital from 1969 to 1987, 8 cases of acute isoniazid poisoning were admitted. Among them, 4 cases of severe cases had signs of cerebral edema, which were all cured by dehydration therapy.
