本文首先概述了我国钨资源禀赋与钨产品市场,指出我国不仅具有钨资源禀赋优势而且在钨产品出口中具有显性比较优势。然后用产业集中度指标测度国际钨市场,得出这是一个高度寡头垄断的市场结构。在此基础上运用低成本厂商领导定价制模型与产业组织理论分析了我国钨出口的国际定价权从缺失到初步回归的原因。最后提出了钨出口国际定价权初步回归的情况下应采取的政策措施。
This article first outlines China’s tungsten resource endowments and tungsten product market, pointed out that our country not only has the advantages of tungsten resource endowment, but also has the dominant comparative advantage in the export of tungsten products. Then measure the international tungsten market with industrial concentration index, come to this is a highly oligopolistic market structure. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the reasons why the international pricing power of tungsten export from the missing to the initial regression by using the low-cost manufacturer-led pricing model and industrial organization theory. Finally, it puts forward some policies and measures to be taken in the case of the initial return of the international pricing power of tungsten export.
