合同管理工作是下坂地水利枢纽工程建设管理工作的核心组成部分,对工程的质量、工期、造价等方面起着重大作用。文章对下坂地水利枢纽工程合同管理工作中采取的措施进行分析,就如何进一步提升水利工程合同管理工作水平提出了几点建议。
Contract management is a core component of the construction and management of the Yusaka Water Conservancy Project and plays an important role in the quality, duration and cost of the project. The paper analyzes the measures taken in contract management of Xiabandi Water Control Project, and puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the contract management level of water conservancy projects.
