模拟临床大容量肺灌洗方法对实验家兔进行右肺灌洗,用光镜和电镜现察灌洗对肺的组织形态学影响。结果显示:灌洗后即刻、肺泡结构局部轻度紊乱,肺泡腔扩张,局部肺泡隔断裂,某些区域呼吸膜受损,结构模糊不清,肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内板层体呈排空状肺泡间质水肿,灌洗后7天病变有所恢复,15天时基本恢复,结果提示,大容量肺灌洗可引起灌洗侧肺不同程度的损伤,但损伤是可复性的。
