研究了牌号为TMB-5的β成核剂(β-NA)含量对等规聚丙烯(PP)力学性能的影响,发现试样质量分数为0.05%时韧性最好,约是纯PP的2.5倍,但拉伸强度也最低;随着含量的继续增加,试样冲击强度迅速下降到稍高于纯PP的平台值,但拉伸强度也随之提高。运用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、二维广角X射线衍射(2WAXD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样的结晶度和晶体结构进行了研究,发现上述力学性能的不同是由两方面原因导致:作为增韧主体的β晶,一方面试样质量分数为0.05%时最高;另一方面,该含量的试样中β晶发育最为完善,有利于晶片之间的滑移,所以增韧效果最好。
The effect of beta-nucleating agent (β-NA) of TMB-5 on the mechanical properties of isotactic polypropylene (PP) was studied.
