一、切实做好思想和物质准备工作即向学生提供由于坚持写日记而提高写作水平的范例。我一方面对学生讲一些文学大师,如鲁迅、郭沫若等是怎样坚持写日记。他们一生留下了多么丰富的日记作品、日记对他们创作的促进作用、以及他们对写日记留下的至理名言等。另一方面,也从学生身边寻找范例,鼓励、激发学生写日记的兴趣。二、不断引导,教给方法有些同学记了一段时间日记后,觉得没啥可写,这说明学生还不善观察事物,体察生活,收集素材,于是我利用自习和课余时间针对同学们写日记中遇到的问题进一步作指导。告诉学生,听课,听广播,听报告,听故事……就可以把听到的择要写成日记;读了书籍、报刊就可把读后感写成日记;观察了某一件事物就可以写观察日记;描写老师、同学、家属、亲朋好友或其他人,就可写成人物日记;自己经历的一件事或发生在自己身旁的一件事,就可以写成记事日记。等等。三、及时强化,扩大成果。 1.与作文训练结合。每学期的作文中,我明白地告知学生,写作文,可以根据自己的日记加工而成。如上学期12月21日下午下了一场大雪,我及时指导学生观察下雪情景,雪后天晴,我又带领学生登上学校四层楼观察,并提醒学生,上学、放学路上别忘了观察雪景,观察

In each semester composition, I clearly told students that writing a composition can be processed based on my own diary.
