本实验以辣椒优良品种的种子为试验材料,接种在MS培养基上培养无菌苗,再分别以无菌幼苗的子叶、胚轴、根为外植体,接种在添加有不同浓度6-BA和2,4-D的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明:以下胚轴为外植体,诱导的愈伤组织质量最好和出愈率最高,愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2.4-D2.0 mg/L。
In this experiment, the seeds of pepper varieties were used as experimental materials, inoculated on MS medium to cultivate sterile seedlings, and then respectively cotyledons, hypocotyls, roots of sterile seedlings as explants, inoculated with different concentrations of 6-BA And 2,4-D on MS medium for callus induction. The results showed that the following hypocotyls were used as explants. The best callus induction rate and callus induction rate were the best. Callus induction was MS + 6-BA0.5mg / L + 2.4-D2.0 mg / L.
