在中国社会科学院成立 2 5周年之际 ,江泽民总书记于 2 0 0 2年 7月 16日到中国社会科学院考察工作 ,发表了加强哲学社会科学建设的重要讲话。这是继去年 8月 7日江总书记在北戴河与国防科技和社会科学专家座谈、今年 4月 2 8日他在中国人民大学考察工作 ,在一年内三次发表关于大力促进我国哲学社会科学事业发展繁荣的讲话。这反映了党中央高度重视哲学社会科学在治党治国和建设有中国特色社会主义事业中的巨大作用。江总书记的讲话极大地鼓舞了社会科学工作者 ,大大增强了他们从事社会科学研究工作的信心。为了进一步贯彻落实江总书记的重要指示 ,推动我院在新世纪的更大发展 ,财贸经济研究所的部分学者认真学习了江总书记讲话 ,现将他们的学习体会简要发表。
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, General Secretary Jiang Zemin visited the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on July 16, 2002 and delivered an important speech on strengthening the construction of philosophy and social sciences. This is the second time since August 7 last year that General Secretary Jiang held discussions with national experts in defense science and social sciences in Beidaihe. On April 28 this year, he inspected the People’s University of China. Three times in a year he published a speech on vigorously promoting the development of China’s philosophy and social sciences Prosperous speech. This shows that the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the tremendous role played by philosophy and social science in the cause of running the party and state and in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. General Secretary Jiang’s speech greatly encouraged social scientists and greatly enhanced their confidence in conducting social science research. In order to further implement the important instructions of General Secretary Jiang and promote greater development of our college in the new century, some scholars of the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics have seriously studied General Secretary Jiang’s speech and are now publishing their learning experiences in brief.
