本文主要对普通高校体育弱势群体的类型及其成因进行了论述。总结了目前高校体育弱势群体考核机制的现状,分析了其存在的不足,并从采取个性化评价、建立学生体育档案、引入积分考核概念三个方面对现行的考核机制进行了改进。提出修订法规政策;建立师资队伍;加强理论知识教育;设定合理的考核机制;建立弱势群体服务体系等可行性的建议。
This article mainly discusses the types and causes of disadvantaged groups in colleges and universities. Summarizes the present situation of assessment mechanism of disadvantaged groups in colleges and universities, analyzes its shortcomings, and improves the current assessment mechanism from three aspects: individual evaluation, establishment of student sports files, and introduction of integral assessment concept. Proposed the revision of laws and regulations, the establishment of faculty, the strengthening of theoretical knowledge education, the establishment of a reasonable evaluation mechanism, and the establishment of a service system for disadvantaged groups.
