There is some evidence that relaxin plays an important role in pregnancy. The effects on pregnant rats and guinea pigs have been reported. Its role in human pregnancy is not clear. Synthetic human relaxin (hRLX-2) is also effective. For this purpose, the effect of synthetic hRLX-2 on isolated rat and human uterine muscles and uterine placental arteries in full-term pregnancy was studied. Experiments were performed on isolated uterine horns of mature unpaired Wistar rats (n = 8) to create a tissue strip of 1 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length. The uterine isthmus of the cesarean section of full-term pregnancy, the living tissue of the bottom uterine muscle (n = 6), and the normal villous leaf isolated from the placenta of normal full-term delivery. Into the cold Krebs liquid, made of the same size
