当前我国中小学心理教师专业化整体水平不高,在专业化发展的过程中也面临着诸多困境。信息社会,网络学习共同体为促进中小学心理教师专业化发展提供了新的有效途径。本文在探讨当前中小学心理教师专业化发展面临的诸多困境的基础上,建构了促进中小学心理教师专业化发展的网络学习共同体模式,并且阐明了网络学习共同体对于促进中小学心理教师专业化发展的重要作用与意义。
At present, the overall level of specialization of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools in our country is not high, and many difficulties are also facing in the process of specialization.
