汽车三元催化器特性的作用是降低车辆排放有毒有害物质,提高净化能力。汽车排放污染及净化问题已引起各国政府的高度重视,控制汽车排放污染也一直是竞相研究的重要课题。本文研究的目的是随着排放法规日趋严格,为提高催化净化能力,设计陶瓷载体发展趋势为:多目数薄壁型,强度有所下降。强度的降低,对封装工艺设计提出更高的要求,前期若缺少排气系统热端封装工艺的严格控制,会导致后期各车型载体失效问题频繁发生。
The function of the automobile catalytic converter is to reduce the toxic and harmful substances emitted by vehicles and improve the purification ability. Vehicle emission pollution and purification problems have drawn the attention of governments of all countries. Control of vehicle emissions pollution has also been an important topic of competing research. The purpose of this study is as emissions regulations become more stringent, in order to improve the catalytic purification capacity, the development trend of design of ceramic carriers: multi-mesh thin-walled, the intensity decreased. Lower intensity, the packaging process design put forward higher requirements, the early lack of exhaust system hot-side packaging process of strict control, will lead to late vehicle failure frequently occur.
