研究了重核裂片~(147)Pm内污染的体内滞留过程。发现仅在早期降低较快,以后的排除则极为缓慢。估算了体内的滞留方程,方程包括了两个快慢组分的半滞留期,即T_1=4.77d,T_2=816.3d。~(147)Pm内污染机体时,可诱发外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变,所诱发的畸变类型大多属于染色单体型畸变,且畸变率(Y)随~(147)Pm摄入放射性活度(X)的加大而相应增升,并可拟合成二次函数方程。在~(147)Pm滞留的不同间隔阶段,可诱发血淋巴细胞的SCE率明显增升,尤其是到30d观察阶段,出现了一个与血淋巴细胞染色体畸变相对应的SCE频率增生高峰值。
The in vivo retention of ~ (147) Pm in heavy nuclear splinter was studied. Found only in the early decline faster, the subsequent exclusion is extremely slow. The retention equation is estimated in vivo. The equation includes the half-lives of two fast and slow components, T_1 = 4.77d and T_2 = 816.3d. ~ (147) Pm, the chromosome aberrations induced by peripheral blood lymphocytes were mostly induced by chromosome aberrations, and the aberrations (Y) were related to the radioactivity (~ X) increased and increased accordingly, and can be fitted into a quadratic function equation. At different intervals of ~ (147) Pm retention, the SCE rate of induced lymphocytes increased significantly, especially at the observation stage of 30d, and a peak of SCE frequency hyperplasia corresponding to chromosomal aberrations of hemolymph cells appeared.
