可持续发展观是一种追求自然和人类社会和谐统一的新发展观 ,它具有永续性、公平性、协调性的特征。可持续发展是一个自然—社会交融共生的复杂的大系统 ,主要包括生态、社会、经济和人四个亚系统。人的社会主体地位决定了人既是可持续发展的目的 ,即总体可持续发展的最终目的是为了人的可持续发展 ;同时人也是可持续发展的手段 ,人在可持续发展中起主导和决定作用。因此 ,人的素质的提高是实现可持续发展的保证
The concept of sustainable development is a new concept of development that pursues the harmonious unity of nature and human society. It has the characteristics of sustainability, fairness and coordination. Sustainable development is a complex and large system of natural-social intergrowth. It mainly includes four sub-systems of ecology, society, economy and people. The status of human being’s social subject determines that man is not only the goal of sustainable development, that is, the ultimate goal of overall sustainable development is for the sustainable development of mankind; meanwhile, man is also the means of sustainable development and man leads and decides in sustainable development effect. Therefore, the improvement of people’s quality is the guarantee of achieving sustainable development
