以北方白菜型油菜自交系S_3-18为母本,加拿大白菜型春油莱Tobin为父本杂交。在自交2代中出现不育株37AB,经研究认为,该不育材料是由2种不育基因(MSMSrfrf、MSmsrfrf)、4种保持基因(MSMSRfrf、MSmsRfrf、msmsRfrf、msmsrfrf)组成的杂合不育群体。用成对保持、双隐性测交的方法,经2~3个世代的选育,育成896AB双显性核不育系及125ab等双隐性临保系。用双隐性临保系对双显性不育系保持,可获得全不育系。再用含抑制基因(RfRf)的植株与全不育系杂交,使全不育系恢复可育,实现双显性核不育的三系配套。
To the northern cabbage rape inbred line S_3-18 as the female parent, Canadian cabbage-type spring oil Laiin Tobin as the male parent. The sterile line 37AB appeared in the selfing 2 generations and was found to be a heterozygous plant consisting of 2 sterile genes (MSMSrfrf, MSmsrfrf), 4 conserved genes (MSMSRfrf, MSmsRfrf, msmsRfrf, msmsfrfr) Sterile groups. With the method of pair keeping and double recessive dating, after breeding for 2 to 3 generations, the double recessive maintainer lines of 896AB Dominant CMS line and 125ab were bred. Using double recessive maintainer lines to maintain the dominance sterile lines, all-sterile lines can be obtained. Then the plant containing the suppressor gene (RfRf) is crossed with the all-male sterile line to restore the fertility of the all-sterile line and achieve the three-line matching of the dominance-sterile line.
