民间资金已成为中小企业融资的主要渠道之一。本文通过对有关民间融资的界定,分析了中小企业民间融资法律制度现状,提出了完善中小企业民间融资相关法律制度的对策。
Private capital has become one of the main channels for SME financing. Based on the definition of private financing, this paper analyzes the status quo of private financing legal system for small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward countermeasures to improve the legal system of non-governmental financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
