从长沙市政府日前召开的新闻发布会上获悉,《长沙市城市总体规划(2003-2020)》从5月6日起进行为期一个月的公示。修改版里长沙市规划区范围扩大至4960平方公里,在规划区范围内将构建一个能承载千万级人口规模的大都市区。据长沙市城乡规划局总工程师王慧芳介绍,这是对2003年国务院批准的城市总体规划的修改版,需再次上报国务院批准。为了使规划具有前瞻性,设计单位对长沙市远期发展也进行了深入的研究。本
It was informed at a press conference recently held by the Changsha Municipal Government that “Changsha City Master Plan (2003-2020)” will be held for one month from May 6. In the revised version, the planned area of Changsha will be expanded to 4960 square kilometers, and a metropolitan area capable of carrying tens of millions of people will be constructed within the planned area.
