目前我国财产保险在业务规模和赔付水平上体现出较大的区域差异性。利用面板数据单位根检验、协整检验等计量经济学方法,实证分析了宏观经济指标对财产保险业务规模和赔付水平区域差异性的影响。通过对我国2005年～2010年31个省、市、自治区6年的面板数据的研究,得出财产保险的保费收入与GDP、赔款支出与城镇居民人均消费支出之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,并存在显著的正相关关系;在得出宏观经济的区域差异是导致财产保险区域差异的重要原因的基础上,提出了相关政策建议。这些建议包括各财产保险相关主体应认可区域差异,并因地制宜地制定监管政策、发展策略;开发区域保险产品,使产品费率能体现消费水平差异的影响。
At present, China’s property insurance shows a large regional difference in the scale of operations and the level of payment. Using panel data unit root test, co-integration test and other econometrics methods, empirical analysis of macroeconomic indicators of the property insurance business scale and the level of regional differences in payment. Through the study of six years of panel data in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions from 2005 to 2010 in our country, we find that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the premium income of property insurance and GDP, the expenditure of compensation and the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents. And there is a significant positive correlation. Based on the conclusion that the regional differences in macroeconomy are the important reasons for the regional differences in property insurance, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward. These suggestions include that all property insurance related subjects should recognize regional differences and formulate regulatory policies and development strategies according to local conditions; and develop regional insurance products so that product tariffs can reflect the impact of differences in consumption levels.
