本研究观察了正大振华８５１－Ｒ型口服液对中老年肾脾虚患者的影响，结果表明，该口服液在减轻衰老症状、改善记忆及词语流畅性能力，降低血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）水平，提高超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性和谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）活力，促进胶原蛋白的合成，改善细胞免疫功能等方面均有显著效果。本药还降低男性雌二醇／睾酮（Ｅ＿２／Ｔ）比值、提高总抗氧化能力，但此二项统计学处理未见显著性差异。本研究结果表明，正大振华８５１－Ｒ型口服液具有延缓衰老的作用，且无明显副作用。
