缺血性心肌病(Ischemic Cardiomyopathy,ICM)是1969年后提出的新观念。临床上分为充血性(CICM)和限制性两型。其中CICM为临床症状与扩张型心肌病相类似的临床综合征,最为多见。现将我院1986年以来收治的7例CICM作一临床分析,以期进一步认识该病。
Ischemic Cardiomyopathy (ICM) is a new concept proposed after 1969. Clinically divided into congestive (CICM) and restrictive two types. Which CICM clinical symptoms and dilated cardiomyopathy similar clinical syndrome, the most common. Now in our hospital since 1986 for 7 cases of CICM for a clinical analysis, with a view to further understanding of the disease.
