在创新创业教育背景下,应用型高校计算机专业人才培养模式研究,逐渐成为一个研究热点。本研究聚焦于这一主题,通过文献研究法、实践调查法,对国内外高校创新创业人才培养模式的现状进行了梳理,在此基础上,认为应用型高校计算机专业创新创业人才培养模式的构建,需要做到四个方面:一是确立培养理念,健全培养制度;二是搭建教学平台,打造实践体系;三是推行有效管理,完善激励机制;四是优化保障措施,引介评估举措。只有多向齐下,才能保证培养成效。
