近年来,职业院校越来越受到人们的重视,职业院校的教育工作者不仅要担负着指导学生知识与技能的责任,而且还肩负着培养学生思想素质的重要义务,但是,当前职业院校思政教育工作受到了诸多的限制,这些制约因素对职业院校思想政治教育工作实效性带来一些不利影响,因此,为了让职业院校的学生既获得知识,又具备健康的思想和较高的素质,就需要制定相应的对策提高职业院校思政教育工作的实效性。
In recent years, vocational colleges have drawn more and more attention. The educators in vocational colleges not only have to shoulder the responsibility of guiding students ’knowledge and skills, but also have the important obligation to cultivate students’ ideological qualities. However, School ideological and political education has been a lot of restrictions, these constraints on the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational colleges to bring some adverse effects, therefore, in order to vocational students not only acquire knowledge, but also have a healthy thinking and more High quality, we need to formulate appropriate countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational colleges.
