为筛选甘肃河西地区枣树优质产区适宜的良种,以5年生枣树为材料,测定外在品质指标及含糖量、含酸量等内在品质指标。结果表明:从外在品质的综合指标分析,“马牙白”“蜂蜜罐枣”“七月鲜”的表现最好,“小梨枣”的总糖含量最高,“六月鲜”“马铃脆枣”的脆度最好,“蜂蜜罐枣”“小梨枣”的水分最多。综合分析得出:适宜于甘肃河西地区栽培的鲜食枣树品种有“蜂蜜罐枣”“马牙白”“小梨枣”“黄骅冬枣”。
In order to screen the suitable varieties of high quality jujube producing areas in Hexi Region, Gansu Province, five-year-old jujube trees were used as materials to measure the intrinsic quality indexes and the intrinsic quality indexes such as sugar content and acid content. The results showed that: from the comprehensive index of external quality, the performance of “horse teeth white ” “honey pot jujube ” “july fresh ” was the best, “jujube ” had the highest total sugar content, “June fresh ” “crisp jujube ” crispness is best, “honey jar jujube ” “small pear jujube ” the most water. The results showed that the jujube cultivars suitable for cultivation in Hexi area of Gansu Province have the characters of “honey pot jujube”, “horse teeth white”, “small pear jujube” and “Huanghua jujube”.
