目前国内外在齿轮振动机理及动力学分析问题上开展了比较深入的研究,这些研究主要局限理论分析较多,这些模型计算复杂,用于工程设计仍有一定困难.本文提出的平行轮齿轮传动系统动态矩阵模型(14)(15)(34)式,解决了轴间耦合问题及轮系内部特性问题,比较方便地求出系统的固有频率,模态比及动载系数,对工程设计有较好的实用价值,并通过闭式直齿园柱齿轮传动的实际事例计算与现行图表提供的数据比较,说明本文提出的计算方法是可行的.
At present, more and more researches have been carried out on the vibration mechanism and dynamic analysis of gears in China and abroad. The main limitations of these researches are analyzed theoretically, and the computational complexity of these models is still very difficult for engineering design. System dynamic matrix model (14) (15) (34), to solve the problem of coupling between the shaft and the internal characteristics of the wheel system, more easily calculate the system natural frequency, modal ratio and dynamic load factor, the engineering design Good practical value, and compared with the data provided by the current chart through the actual case calculation of the closed spur gear transmission, which shows that the calculation method proposed in this paper is feasible.
