随着高铁快递的市场化进程,高铁快递安全已成为车站安全管理工作的重要部分。通过“双十一”高铁快递的试验,总结分析车站高铁快递安全管理所遇到的问题,探讨通过三固定调整、设备创新、人员培训等措施,优化作业环节,提高快运组织效率,加强安全卡控,提高高铁快递安全作业能力,从而达到高铁车站快递安全管理的目标。
With the marketization of HSR express delivery, the safety of HSR express delivery has become an important part of station safety management. Through “double eleven” high-speed rail express delivery test, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems encountered in the safety management of high-speed railway express stations.
