目的报告一例越秀区首例输入性猴诺氏疟疾病例。方法经流行病学调查与实验室诊断确诊。结果患者到马来西亚旅游,回国10d后因发热、全身肌肉关节痛、头晕、头痛、乏力就医,医院以“间日疟”收治。血膜镜检见双核或多核环状体,大滋养体呈阿米巴样,胞浆致密,类三日疟“带状”滋养体,裂殖体不占满红细胞,疟色素颜色较深。经广东省疾控中心疟原虫基因检测(PCR法),确证为猴诺氏疟疾。患者经规范化治疗后痊愈出院。结论人感染猴诺氏疟疾后并无特有的临床表现,其镜检诊断时红内期形态与三日疟基本一致,需结合PCR检测鉴别。
The purpose of reporting a case of Yue Xiu District, the first case of Enterovirus monkey nurustine. Methods confirmed by epidemiological investigation and laboratory diagnosis. Results The patient traveled to Malaysia and returned to China 10 days later for fever, generalized muscular joint pain, dizziness, headache and fatigue. The hospital was treated with “Plasmodium falciparum”. Hepatic microscopy of the binuclear or multinuclear annulus, trophozoites were amoeba-like, dense cytoplasm, class day malaria “banding” trophozoites, schizonts do not fill the red blood cells, malaria pigment color more deep. By the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Plasmodium genetic testing (PCR method), confirmed as monkey norepinephrine malaria. Patients were cured after standardized treatment. Conclusions There is no specific clinical manifestations of human infection with nociceptive macaque. The morphology of the intramuscular erythrocytic stage is basically the same as that of Plasmodium malaria during the microscopic examination, and the combination of PCR detection and identification is required.
