对某600 MW超临界锅炉采用微油点火技术在冷炉启动过程中,炉内燃烧状况、汽温、汽压变化、受热面壁温变化等进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:微油点火燃烧器在煤粉浓度很大的变化范围(0.2~0.6 kg煤/kg空气)内均可使煤粉稳定充分地燃烧,飞灰含碳量小于30%,飞灰中挥发分含量小于5%。锅炉受热面没有超温现象,水冷壁整体膨胀均匀,机组升温、升压速率在规程允许范围内,燃烧器壁温始终保持在300℃以下。微油点火改造取得的经济效益显著。
In a 600 MW supercritical boiler using micro-oil ignition technology in the start-up process of the furnace, the combustion conditions in the furnace, steam temperature, steam pressure changes, the wall temperature changes of the heated surface were studied. The results show that the micro-oil ignition burner can stably and fully burn the coal powder in a wide range of pulverized coal concentration (0.2-0.6 kg coal / kg air), the carbon content of the fly ash is less than 30%, and the fly ash The volatile content of less than 5%. Boiler heating surface is not over-temperature phenomenon, the overall expansion of the water wall evenly, the unit heating, boosting rate of regulation within the allowable range, the burner wall temperature is always maintained below 300 ℃. Micro-oil ignition achieved significant economic benefits.
