①目的观察吸入普米克对哮喘病儿血清氢化可的松分泌的影响。②方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA),检测40例哮喘病儿吸入普米克治疗前、治疗后30,90d血氢化可的松浓度的变化。③结果吸入普米克治疗后30,90d哮喘病儿血氢化可的松的浓度与吸入普米克前差异无显著性(t=0.049,0.412,P>0.05),症状记分及最大呼吸峰流速(PEFR)记分较吸入药物前降低,差异有显著意义(t=4.957~9.079,P<0.01)。④结论正确吸入普米克对哮喘儿童氢化可的松的分泌无影响。
Objective To observe the effect of inhaled pulmicort on the secretion of hydrocortisone in asthmatic children. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the change of hydrocortisone concentration in 30 asthma children before and 30 and 90 days after inhaling Pulmicort. ③ Results The concentrations of hydrocortisone in children with asthma 30 and 90 days after the inhalation of Pulmicort were not significantly different from those before inhalation of Pulimil (t = 0.049,0.412, P> 0.05) The maximum peak expiratory flow (PEFR) score was lower than that before inhalation, the difference was significant (t = 4.957 ~ 9.079, P <0.01). ④ Conclusions Proper inhalation of Pulmicort has no effect on the secretion of hydrocortisone in children with asthma.
