近年来,随着经济的发展和国家对文化大发展的支持,人们的文化需求也更加旺盛,尽管人们获取信息的途径也日益多样化,但是公共图书馆作为一个存在的实体建筑,自有其独特之处,是其他的信息渠道所代替不了的,而作为公共图书馆,怎样为读者提供更加优质的服务,从而让更多读者自觉的走进图书馆,更加充分的发挥图书馆的职能。在财力、物力、人力有限的条件下考验着我们每个图书馆人。本文以鄂尔多斯市图书馆为例,阐述了我馆在财力物力人力有限的条件下为提供优质服务所做出的努力与成果,望与其他同仁交流。
