废钢作为炼钢原料,除价格经济外,最主要的特点是加工合格后的「易装性」(即重量大体积小的特性)便于入炉冶炼。一般说来,缩短每炉钢的冶炼时间,提高炉子生产能力,在大多数的程度上取决于技术条件、操作规程、废钢的质量及其入炉的块度、装料次序、次数和速度。因此必须将废钢定尺加工、分类挑选处理合格后才能入炉冶炼;装料工人必须尽最大努力加速进行按次序装料以减少入炉次数和缩短装料时间,提高冶炼生产率。
As a raw material for steelmaking, scrap steel is the most economical and economical alternative to steelmaking. In general, shortening the smelting time for each furnace steel and increasing the capacity of the furnace depend to a large extent on the technical conditions, operating procedures, quality of the scrap steel, its lumping, loading sequence, frequency and speed.
