在体外条件下添加10mM 水杨酸钠或磺胺嘧啶等渗溶液(pH7.4)保温,对 Hb 双峰先证者红细胞形态进行了电镜观察。保温1—2小时后,该红细胞变成了典型的球形红细胞。待加大水杨酸钠剂量至50mM,保温4小时可见少数红细胞开始溶解;保温8小时后溶血加重。而正常人和HbE 先证者的红细胞则否。以上结果进一步证实,Hb 双峰先证者服“感冒药”惹发的溶血性黄疸和贫血可能与阿斯匹林和磺胺类药物有关。
In vitro conditions, adding 10mM sodium salicylate or sulfadiazine isotonic solution (pH7.4) insulation, Hb bimodal proband erythrocyte morphology was observed by electron microscopy. After incubation for 1-2 hours, the erythrocytes become typical spherical erythrocytes. To increase the dosage of sodium salicylate to 50mM, incubated for 4 hours shows a small number of red blood cells began to dissolve; incubated for 8 hours hemolysis aggravated. The normal and HbE proband’s red blood cells are not. The above results further confirmed that Hb bimodal proband’s “cold medicine” caused by hemolytic jaundice and anemia may be related to aspirin and sulfa drugs.
