虽然国家意图是好的,但稀土配额制自实施以来就不断被人抨击。尤其是在世贸组织裁定中国对9种原材料限制出口违规之后,这种抨击声浪达到顶点。
Although the national intention is good, the Rare Earth quota system has been constantly criticized since its implementation. Especially after the WTO ruled that China had violated export restrictions on 9 raw materials, the criticism reached its peak.
