目的:探讨原发性肝癌在低场MR不同序列上的表现并进行比较。方法:原发性肝癌36例,以SE。(普通SE)、SE2(快速SE)序列成像,部分加作IR序列及FE序列。结果:在T1-WI上肝癌主要表现为均匀的等或略低信号,以等信号居多。在T2-WI上则表现为不均匀的高信号,且其强度随TE延长而衰减。在IR序列上肝癌则主要表现为均匀的高信号,其强度低于T2-WI,并有随TI延长而增强的趋势。结论:SE2T2-WI与IR序列的联合使用是肝癌检查和诊断的最佳序列组合。
Objective: To investigate the performance of primary liver cancer in different sequences of low field MR and to compare them. Methods: 36 patients with primary liver cancer were treated with SE. (Normal SE), SE2 (Quick SE) sequence imaging, partially added as IR sequence and FE sequence. RESULTS: On T1-WI, the liver cancer mainly showed uniform or slightly lower signal, with the majority of equal signals. On T2-WI, there is a non-uniform high signal, and its intensity decreases with the extension of TE. On the IR sequence, liver cancer is mainly characterized by a uniform high signal, and its intensity is lower than T2-WI, and it tends to increase with the extension of TI. Conclusion: The combined use of SE2T2-WI and IR sequences is the best sequence combination for liver cancer diagnosis and diagnosis.
