对病态窦房结综合征,茶碱增加窦性心率,消除症状和心脏停顿。作者报道茶碱对房颤伴心室率缓慢的长期作用。方法 17例与药物无关的有症状的慢性房颤伴心室率缓慢患者,其中女性9例,男性8例,平均年龄78±9岁。给予茶碱缓释片,剂量为700mg/d,分2次服。5～6天后,复查常规心电图及24小时Holter记录。在早晨服药后3小时测定血清茶碱水平。在长期治疗期间,于1个月后及此后每3个月在门诊复查。结果在稳定状态评价,使用茶碱后,平均休息
