随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立 ,我国农村经营管理体制、社会结构等发生了很大变化 ,农村思想政治工作出现了许多新情况、新问题。因此 ,新形势下的农村思想政治工作要大力推进农民思想解放 ,引导农民进入市场、奔小康 ,实现共同富裕 ;要塑造社会主义新农民 ,实现农民的现代化 ;要加快农村社会主义精神文明建设 ,实现农村的可持续发展 ;要立足于工作的经常化、规范化、社会化。
With the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in our country’s rural management system and social structure. Many new situations and problems have emerged in rural ideological and political work. Therefore, the ideological and political work in rural areas under the new situation should vigorously promote the emancipation of peasants’ ideology and guide peasants into the market and the well-being of the commonwealth to realize common prosperity; it is necessary to shape the new socialist farmers and realize the modernization of peasants; to speed up the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in rural areas, To achieve the sustainable development of rural areas; we must base ourselves on the work of the normalization, standardization and socialization.
