通过对庆大霉素(GM)大鼠下丘脑──垂体──肾上腺──胸腺(HPAT)功能的观察以及与肾阳虚模型比较,探讨中药“天鼓”对GM肾毒性的保护作用。结果表明,中药“天鼓”可减轻GM对肾脏组织损伤程度(P<0.05),同时能提高大鼠皮质酮含量,与摸型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示中药“天鼓”能减轻GM肾毒性反应,可能是通过提高皮质酮激素水平,调节、改善HPAT轴功能而实现的。
By observing the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal-thymus (HPAT) in gentamicin (GM) rats and comparing with the model of kidney-yang deficiency, the protective effect of “Tiangu” on nephrotoxicity of GM was explored. The results showed that the Chinese medicine “Tiangu” can reduce the degree of GM damage to kidney tissue (P <0.05), and at the same time can increase the corticosterone content in rats, and there is a significant difference compared with the model group (P <0.05). It is suggested that the traditional Chinese medicine “Tiangu” can reduce the GM nephrotoxicity response, which may be achieved by increasing corticosterone levels and regulating and improving the function of HPAT axis.
