Base on the in-depth analysis of actual production in the enterprise, a general solution to quality prediction system for textiles is presented in the paper. The proposed solution can obtain data from various source and provide an interface to extend model algorithm in the dynamic way. N-tier architecture has been adopted in an effort to reduce complexity of development. With mixed architecture of B/S and C/S, system resources are made full use of while deployment is simplified.
