观察了26例口服感冒通后引起血尿患儿血尿期及血尿后尿酶变化,发现多数病例血尿期尿N—Z酰—β—氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-Glu)升高,血尿消失后多数病例恢复正常。根据尿酶检测结果结合病例临床特征分析:感冒通引起肾损害的主要部位可能在肾小管及肾间质。同时还观察了18例患儿血尿期及血尿后血清过氧化脂质(LPO)及超氧歧化酶(SOD)的变化,结果多数病例未见异常改变。
The changes of urinary enzymes in hematuria and hematuria of 26 children with hematuria were observed after oral administration of 26 cases of colitis. Urinary N-Z acyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG) and α-glucosidase (α- Glu) increased, the majority of cases disappeared after hematuria returned to normal. According to the results of urease test cases combined with clinical features analysis: the main part of the lung caused by colds may lead to renal tubular and renal interstitium. At the same time, we also observed the changes of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 18 children with hematuria and hematuria. Results Most cases showed no abnormal changes.
