学校健康教育是健康教育三大部分之一,已成为学校目标管理的重要组成部分。小学时期在开设生理卫生课的同时,还应开展一些卫生知识的指导、咨询及工作评价等服务项目,以促进小学健康教育逐步从单纯的传授卫生知识迈向知、信、行相结合的阶段,使多数学生开始懂得健康的正确含义,理解人的生理、精神及环境对自身的影响,懂得起居规律、爱眼、爱牙、远离烟酒等对自身健康成长的重要性,并能够掌握一些自我保健的相关知识。国家对青少年身心健康的重视,促进良性循环,
