目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(multislice spiral CT angiography,MSCTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经手术及DSA确诊的颅内动脉瘤16层CT血管成像资料,并与DSA进行对照。结果32例共38个动脉瘤,其中6例为2个动脉瘤。MSCTA共发现34个动脉瘤,DSA发现36个动脉瘤。38个动脉瘤4个位于前交通动脉,7个位于大脑中动脉,9个位于后交通动脉,14个位于颈内动脉,4个位于椎动脉。结论MSCTA可以作为外科治疗或介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的筛选方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) for intracranial aneurysms. Methods The data of 16-slice CT angiography of 32 cases of intracranial aneurysms diagnosed by operation and DSA were retrospectively analyzed and compared with DSA. Results A total of 38 aneurysms were found in 32 patients, of which 6 were 2 aneurysms. A total of 34 aneurysms were found on MSCTA and 36 on DSA. Four of the 38 aneurysms were located in the anterior communicating artery, 7 in the middle cerebral artery, 9 in the posterior communicating artery, 14 in the internal carotid artery and 4 in the vertebral artery. Conclusion MSCTA can be used as surgical or interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms screening method.
