本文针对我国地方政府领导人的选举方式 ,通过对现行主要法律规范的解读 ,揭示其在实际运行中的缺陷和弊端 ,结合对政治文明所包含的民主政治、利益政治、妥协政治和协商政治等几方面内涵的阐述 ,从正确对待代表联合提名、坚持差额选举原则、有步骤地推进并扩大直接选举和确立竞选机制四个方面 ,探讨地方选举改革的路径与方向。
