经济法责任是否具有独立性,法学界并没有达成一致的认识,也可以说是相当的混乱。而对经济法责任独立性问题的研究却是促使经济法理论走向成熟的必经之路,是经济法作为一门独立的学科拥有逻辑完整性的基础,为了经济法理论体系的进一步完善,必须要对经济法责任的独立性问题进行深入的研究和剖析。本文从经济法责任的界定入手,分析经济法独立责任存在的必要性,并提出经济法责任独立性的实现方式。对经济法责任的独立性问题进行了简单的探讨,以期对我国经济法责任独立性的探讨提出有价值的意见,有效地推动经济法责任独立性的发展。
Whether the responsibility of economic law is independent or not, there is no consensus among jurisprudence practitioners and it can be quite confusing. However, the study on the issue of the independence of economic law is the only way to promote the maturity of the theory of economic law. It is the basis of the economic law as an independent subject that has logical integrity. In order to further improve the theoretical system of economic law, We should conduct an in-depth research and analysis on the independence of economic law responsibility. This article begins with the definition of the responsibility of economic law, analyzes the necessity of the existence of the independent responsibility of economic law, and puts forward the way to realize the responsibility of economic law. This article briefly discusses the issue of the independence of economic law responsibility, in order to provide valuable opinions on the discussion of the independence of economic law responsibility in our country and effectively promote the development of the independence of economic law responsibility.
